This picture marks a very special occasion for me... because the very Lapras you see there was drawn using NO REFERENCES, which is a big step for me X3 So everyone, enjoy. And the BG is crap, I know, but most people I will be sending this to don't care, so... there. ^^;

I am guessing the text at the bottom means something like "merry Christmas and a happy new year" ?
